Amar has 20 years of experience in systems development, including over 12 years of leadership and management overseeing all aspects of systems development. He has successfully led many multimillion-dollar ERP implementations for Fortune 500 companies, managed several projects involving systems development adhering to SDLC, led several software training sessions which includes CBT and instructor-led technical courses. Amar has a number of highly developed skill sets within systems analysis and design. His primary industry-specific knowledge relates to the manufacturing, automobile, and pharmaceutical fields.

"Dr. Mo" has been developing technology-based training since 1988. At Baylor University, he led the Corporate Training Center and served as the tenured Accenture Professor of Human Performance. Dr. Mo has presented at numerous national and international conferences on eLearning strategies and content development, and has written many professional research articles on evolving new practices in technology-based training. Many of his instructional design models are widely accepted and used by corporations around the world. Dr. Mo has won five international awards for excellence in eLearning from the ISPI and ASTD.

Tyson is a production and new media professional with over 15 years experience in the world of moving images. He began his career in the interactive industry, producing commercials and press kits for the largest computer gaming company in the world, Electronic Arts. Tyson then went the consultant route, advising news stations, networks and production companies on best practices for streamlining television workflow. In terms of roles, he's held creative, technical and business development leadership positions across a host of verticals, including; biotechnology, political, eLearning, social networking and professional athletics.

Shawn is a results-driven, IT professional who has accumulated a wealth of knowledge of web architectures and system integration over the past 12+ years, while leading large projects at organizations like the Texas Health and Human Services Network, and The Knot, Inc. as well as consulting numerous clients in various industries. He has a background with roles and responsibilities including: architecture, consulting, software development, quality assurance, database and IT infrastructure with hands-on experience leading geographically diverse teams. These experiences have given him an uncanny ability to see a project from conception to production, spot trends, and stay on the bleeding edge of technology. His core technical competencies include: ColdFusion, MVC3, C#, REST, jQuery, Ajax, Castle ActiveRecord, ORM, Nhibernate, HTML, XHTML, CF on Wheels, XML, SQL, Java, JavaScript, JSON, PHP, ASP.NET, Razor, and CSS. Shawn specializes in IT Strategy and Architecture, Application Solution Development, and Data Management / Business Intelligence.

Michael is an organized and milestone-driven Project/Development Lead. He is also hands-on; a multi-talented web developer, animator, and designer with over a decade of experience working with clients on-site and as a contractor. He has worked on many eLearning projects for technology companies, realtors, think tanks, ad agencies, municipal utility districts, and a myriad of other small to large companies. We have also discovered how Michael's background in theater and filmmaking provide our Core Team with valuable insight into the various aspects of entertainment value, pacing, and narrative immersion.
